We are looking for a Customer Service/Production Assistant to help with our growing business.
As an EMPLOYEE OWNED COMPANY you will earn stock in the company. The value of the stock has steadily climbed over the last 10 years. We have seen over a 100% growth in value. What does this mean for you? The average employee earns approximately $5-$8 per hour for every hour they worked in the previous year. Responsibilities: Primary responsibility of this position is to maintain customer relationships through proactive communication. Work with production to establish a commit date for the customer order, input the order and confirm back to the customer the due date. Provide order status to the customer on a timely basis.
Other responsibilities will be cost analysis of work orders and some AR/AP Admin tasks.
Job Skills Requirements: Reliability is critical. You must have good work ethics and be able to show up every day. As Employee Owners we rely on each other for success and we get paid for success. Experience with Customer Service roles in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Experience in AR/AP is a plus. The right candidate will possess some or all of these skill but more importantly will be willing and able to learn and grow.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
