Job Title: Customer Service Call Center Rep.
Location: Remote, on site training 1st week - Burlington, MA (3 week training Monday-Friday. First week of training will be onsite and then moved to hybrid or remote schedule)
Hours: M-F 9:00am - 6:00pm (training 8:30am - 5:00pm)
Compensation: $21.00/hr.

Job Responsibilities:
The department specializes in pharma grade materials (product going into the body)
Daily tasks include: Working with top tier regional customers and other internal partners, taking calls (approx. 10-15), sending emails, taking complaints and investigating, giving quotes, processing returns/exchanges, and documentation.
Call center environment. Working with tier 1 and tier 2 sales cases
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Some college or currently enrolled in college classes is nice to have.
Experience and Skillset:
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Salesforce or Oracle is preferred.
- Skills needed: Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, detail oriented, able to work well on a team, self starter, customer service background and/or sales experience, good communicator and able to speak with all levels
- Phone scripts are not provided. Must be able to speak and interact with customers accordingly.
