We are seeking Customer Service Director to join our growing team! Solgen Power is a rapidly growing, industry-leading business. As the Director of Customer Service, you will oversee the planning and execusion of strategies that will improve operations at a managerial level. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with implementation of strategic plans, ensuring they are in alignment with corporate objectives

  • Lead teams to effectively operate through assisting Customer Service Managers.

  • Manage metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to improve call center productivity continuously

  • Directly set performance goals and objectives accordingly with the department.

  • Develop and maintain a strategy for ensuring customer satisfaction in all transactions

  • Provide team motivation and development to maximize opportunities

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required, MBA, consulting experience or other relevant graduate degree is a plus

  • Minimum of 6+ years experience in roles that require customer service d leadership of customer support teams
  • Experience with Zendesk or other CSM related software

  • Strong supervisory experience including staff development

  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

  • Understanding of call center tools and technology

  • Possess effective conflict resolution skills (both customer and agent conflict)

  • Possess time management, planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to learn new products and systems

  • Ability to work in a professional fast-paced environment
