Job description
The CSR will be primarily responsible for interacting with customers and delivery teams throughout day to resolve issues and provide support,and preparing management reports.
Other duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Handle inbound calls from customers and delivery teams
- Interacting with the staff of the client in resolving customer issues
- Determine the response needed to effectively and appropriately deal with emergencies, accidents, breakdowns and other reasons that may cause customer service issues
- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, services performed, invoices, and expenses reports
- Interacting with delivery customers, delivery teams and the staff of the client in handling claims for damage
Other duties as assigned Required Skills: The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge and/or skills:
- Geographical area knowledge of Beaumont, TX and surrounding areas
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word and Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Problem solving with quick resolution to issues
This position offers 40 hours per week and applicants must be flexible to work on weekends. Benefits offered include Paid Holidays as well as the following voluntary benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Short-term/Long-Term disability.
Rate is hourly $15.00/hour
