Job description
JOB SUMMARY:
  • Interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to concerns, requests, and inquiries about services and products.
  • Determines best method to resolve issues to exceed customer satisfaction and adherence to entities's policies and procedures.
  • Utilizes technical and customer service skills to triage and dispatch incoming calls from customers, assesses needs, gives appropriate technical options and facilitates referral to specialists.
  • Educates the caller if/when appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
