Requirements:
- Provides customer support via email and chat on issues related to achieving and maintaining certification.
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Handles issues, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follows up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains accurate documentation of customer interactions and document processing.
- Assists in completing general office tasks.
- Ongoing training.

Required Education and Experience: High School diploma. Prior experience in customer service preferred. Strong experience working with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, video conferencing, web cameras, phones, and scanners.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool is necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel: Minimal travel is expected for this position.
