Job Duties & Expectations:
Position requires strong communication and data entry skills, with a high-level attention to detail and No cold calling.

• Assist in lead generation and qualifying sales opportunities
• Process documents which accompany a sales opportunity
• Create proposals using information provided by the Outside Sales Representatives
• Enter data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
• Compare data entered with source documents, and re-enter data if errors are present
• Route source documents after completion
• Meet set quality and production goals
• Respond to inquiries regarding data entered
• Follow written guidelines for handling confidential information

Requirements:

• Substantial successful customer service experience
• Willingness to learn

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales experience
• Must have a high school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
