Escape Room Zone at our Canton location is hiring all positions in customer service.
Fun, fast paced job that is great for anyone who is social and enjoys working on a team. The Customer Service position works with a small team to provide guests with a unique experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Provide clues to guests
- Prepare Escape Rooms by setting up puzzles
- Answer phone inquiries
- Ensure safety of guests during their visit
- Upsell items from Rage Room inventory
- Organize supplies and arrange displays
Requirements:
- Must have an outgoing personality and be comfortable talking to groups of 10+ people
- Must be able to multi-task and stay organized
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time
- Must be able to lift 25lbs or more
Room for advancement to shift lead.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
