If you like variety, then this is the job for you! Frontier is in search of a full-time customer service representative to work at our terminal location in Memphis, TN. Hours worked are 8AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Pay is up to $19 per hour based on experience.

Ideal candidate will be customer service driven, detail oriented, able to adjust priorities as needed, and a positive, high energy team player.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for coordination of all activities necessary to provide sales, service and support to our customers.

Job Duties:

• Process customer orders/changes
• Work closely with A/R to resolve disputed credit items
• Invoice previous day’s work orders
• Prepare any and all paperwork for Terminals
• Prepare and mail any invoices to be sent to customers
• Misc. tasks as provided by the Customer Service Manager

Job Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficient computer and phone skills
• Ability to excel in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
