We've got showrooms in Kansas City, MO, Belton, MO, and Overland Park, KS with some of the most popular brands of home furnishings on the market and we've been taking care of KC Metro communities for decades...and we're still growing!

Customer Service and Administrative responsibilities include:

- Answering inbound and outbound phone calls for delivery or sales questions

- Face to face customer service and purchase processing

- Learning and utilizing proprietary invoicing, inventory, and customer database software

- Researching inventory inquiries and providing reports to sales associates and management

- Cash handling, financial processing, and document management

Full time applicants only please. Evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Store hours Monday thru Saturday 9:30 am- 8:30 pm, Sunday 11 am-5:30 pm.
