Job Summary
Hi, We are a 22-year-old business based out of Lilburn, GA. We are a small family-run and progressive business. We have an office in Lilburn. We are a wholesale and retail distributor of home decor.
Our company is seeking a full-time Customer Service candidate to provide excellent customer service to our clients. We are looking for an experienced individual who is efficient and a productive member of a team.
The ideal candidate for this job should have excellent verbal and written skills, be resourceful, be a good problem solver, be well organized, and be adept at time management. Assuring a steady completion of tasks in a timely manner is the key to success in this position.
We also offer chances for growth and career advancements with more office responsibility and/or a greater administrative role. Our goal is to retain talent for the longest possible time.
Full-time employment benefits include 2-4 weeks of paid leave vacation (in addition to the 10 National Holidays/year), 75% of the health insurance benefit, as well as employee discounts on our products and periodic incentivized performance bonus.

- An excellent customer-focused individual who would go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
- Should be able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and pay very high attention to details and be able to work under pressure
- Should be highly motivated, a fast learner with the ability to work independently but also be a team player.
- Needs to demonstrate computer proficiency and strong data entry skills. Advanced level of computer expertise expected (including Google searches, Chrome, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and Word)
- Be proactive and responsive with all tasks with a positive attitude - Should be willing to learn and take on various responsibilities and pursue personal growth and that of the organization.
- Great work ethics is a must - should be punctual, diligent, with a positive outlook, work accurately, honestly, and with integrity
Job Description and daily tasks
- Answer phones/check messages/return calls/ email in a timely, highly professional, humble, and courteous manner
- Handle customer queries, resolve problems
- Build relationships with customers
- Deal with and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Getting freight quotes
- Coordinate shipments - Experience with Navision is a plus
- Order office supplies, keep workstations and machines stocked, stuff catalog packets, and distribute mail
- Chat support
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements
- College education required
- Excellent communication and Sales skills - Has to be a people person
- Must be proactive and be able to work independently and diligently with minimum supervision
- Needs to be detail-oriented, well organized, and be willing to go the extra mile and take on additional responsibilities, when needed
- Should be able to pass a background check
- Experience with Navision is a definite plus
Related Details:
Compensation and benefits are dependent on experience, qualification, and drive. There will be a periodic additional incentive bonus based on performance and a sign-up bonus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
