WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for us, you will be the voice of our company! You get to provide superb service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, process invoices, and dispatch technicians. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
