Norco in Renton is currently seeking a full-time customer service representative. This is an excellent entry level role into a fast-growing company with an excellent culture and a leadership team that actually cares.

The Position:

The Medical Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities may include:

• Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use (will train)
• Efficiently assess customer needs and educates patients/clients on medical products and services
• Accurately Process data into computer programs
• Keep showroom stocked, clean, organized and help the team where needed

Starting pay is $20 / hr and this position will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
