We have been serving the community since 1995 and we need your help to keep up with the ever-growing population of dogs and cats in the area.

We are a busy, 2 doctor practice offering medical services to primarily small animals (dogs and cats), but we also see pocket pets and exotics on occasion. We thrive to offer the best, most up-to date medicine to our patients. We offer preventative care, surgery, in-house diagnostics, digital full body and dental radiology, ultrasound, dentistry, internal medicine workups, and emergency medicine. We are central to Orlando and Daytona beach. Deltona is a big city, but our clinic focuses on providing our clients with that family feeling. Veterinary Customer Service Representatives are vital in providing excellent customer service to our clients and controlling the flow of our days. We have full and part time positions available. Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a safe and secure environment for patients, clients, physicians, and co-workers by following established standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations (OSHA)
• Adhere to professional standards, clinic policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of veterinary practices, procedures, and terminology
• Team player, well organized, self-motivated, professional and able to multi-task
• Comfortable communicating with clients on the phone and in person and answer client questions with confidence
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills (bilingual a plus but not required)
• Computer skills required- Cornerstone experience is a plus!
• Updating patient records and recording communications with clients
• Cleaning and sterilizing common areas
• Filling prescriptions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
