Red Harp Corp is looking for Customer Service Representatives.

The Customer Service Representative will provide the highest level of service to customers via phone and email; working closely with the consumers, service team, suppliers, and freight carriers to effectively manage customer's inquiries, issues, and returns. The ideal candidate is pleasant in all form of communication and possesses strong analytical skills with sound judgment. We strive to create memorable customer experiences while having fun doing it.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and emails in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Handle and diligently follow-up on questions and concerns
- Resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer
- Educate consumers on product information
- Replacement/order process
- Communicate with vendors to resolve order-related issues
- Communicate with carriers to resolve shipping issues
- Other administrative duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be well organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to analyze situations and deduce best solution
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (fluent English)
- Strong data entry skills (45 wpm) and working knowledge of MS office applications
- Self-motivated with ability to multitask
- Able to work independently
- Zendesk experience is plus
- Ability to work well under various stressful situations
- Accountable and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software / technology
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Proven track record with the ability to deescalate issues
- Punctual, patient, friendly, trustworthy, and strong team player
Job Type: Part time or Contractor
