Sunshine Capital is a Financial Coaching firm based out of Central, FL. Sunshine Capital provides regular one-on-one coaching sessions that are geared to 'coach' performance improvements to meet goals mutually set by the coach and client.

SC is currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative in the area of financial consulting. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, be very detail oriented, be self motivated, possess a strong work-ethic and display strong organizational skills. Responsibilities will include: scheduling client appoints, obtaining financial records & bills, data entry, weekly/monthly communication w/client, responses to incoming phone calls & emails, scan/fax/mail documents, drafting paperwork and generally assisting throughout the company

Qualifications:

• Self Motivated is required
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Advanced computer skills
• Exceptional internal/external customer service skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills and forward-thinking ability
• Available to work overtime if required
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently

Training Provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
