CUSTOMER SERVICE (CSR1) – PART TIME/FULL-TIME (CALL CENTER)

Excellent part-time/full-time (1-8pm) customer service rep position with the fastest growing home construction company in N.E. Ohio! We’re moving to a much larger state-of-the-art office in Solon within the next 30 days and are seeking to add several high-energy, competitive CSR reps to be responsible for handling inbound & outbound project requests, follow-up calls to build customer relationships, identify customer needs, setting appointments and provides all necessary information to both the customer and staff. Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills (phone skills)

· Construction industry experience desired

· Customer service (call center) experience preferred

· Computer, data entry experience required

· High School Diploma/GED
