About The Role:
Customer Support Managers are responsible for answering inbound phone calls and making proactive outbound calls to our customers. This role is ideal for strong self-driven professionals who can strategically work with customers in order to build relationships that will lead to additional revenue generating opportunities. The ideal candidate will be able to create an experience for each customer that will lead to referral business for our front line sales organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regular Customer communication
- Partner with other departments to ensure prompt service and project completion
- Responsible for CRM data integrity and organization.
- Assist the Director of Customer Success in daily tasks.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experience in customer service and/or customer care.
- Successful track record in telephone and email-based communication and revenue generating.
- Proven track record of exceeding client satisfaction.
- Possess extraordinary interpersonal skills to communicate with internal team, and clients.
- Strong command of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and CRMs.
- Ability to multi-task and execute a highly organized, detailed daily work plan while maintaining focus of vision and direction of company goals is a must.
- Must have characteristics that include OUTSTANDING organizational skills, time management skills and an eye for detail and problem solving.
- Proven track record in recruiting industry a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience level and starts at:
- $35,000
