Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an upbeat individual to join our team located at our headquarters in Spring Lake Park, MN. The position involves a great deal of customer interaction over the phone, website and via email as we schedule service and sales visits. Internally, this role requires the ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and requires excellent communication skills as well as computer skills and critical eye for details. This position offers a lot of variety! We will provide you with the training and tools that you will need to be successful, along with an excellent environment to learn, grown and interact with a variety of passionate individuals.

Our Customer Service Representatives are a fundamental part of our company success providing responsive and respectful customer service to our existing and prospective customer base, as well as the face of Water Doctors brand in the community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
