Job description
Essential Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support to customers by answering inbound calls and making outbound customer calls
- Pleasant telephone manner that conveys the professional image of Aqua
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming and/or clarifying information and assists in the resolution of concerns
- A compassionate and caring individual who is able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to adhere to procedures
- A coachable, quick learner who is comfortable with change
- Self-motivated and energized; excelling in a fast-paced environment
- Maintains adherence to all policies, procedures, programs, standards of performance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of two years’ customer interaction work experience (Retail, call center, hospitality etc.)
- Available to work flexible hours within the Call Center’s operations schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM in our Kankakee, IL office
