WHAT YOU’LL DO: You’ll be responsible for handling inbound calls and email from health plan members with questions about their benefits including medical, dental, and vision in a professional and friendly manner. You will identify and resolve member questions and concerns by researching plan documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • At least year of call center experience
  • Ability to start training on September 6th which will take place daily Monday-Friday
