The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls and functions as the liaison between the company and its customers. Responsibilities -

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain DeHart company image standards
  • Communicate with technicians
  • Participate in company provided training
  • Provide support to fellow team members
  • Availability to work Saturdays

Qualifications and skills -

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Must be able to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Testing
