Rentec Direct is looking to add to our Client Success Team. Rentec Direct provides an online management platform for property managers and landlords to manage their tenants and properties. The application is web driven and we have subscribers all over the world. We are based in Grants Pass, OR and can be found at rentecdirect.com.

Responsibilities Include:
Telephone/Email/Chat Support
Software training for existing and new clients
Accounting Assistance
Assistance with internet and web browser troubleshooting

Experience Required:
Must LOVE talking to clients on the phone
Have a strong familiarity with the internet/browsers/computers
Ability to quickly learn our application in order to support it for our clients
Accounting Basics
Strong writing and grammar skills
Must enjoy a fun work environment that includes laughter, ping pong, and foosball.
