Position Summary:
Someone with their Insurance claims adjuster license preferred - of they are licensed will pay $18
The Insurance Claims Specialist continuously works with insurance companies and individuals on all insurance claims providing follow up. The insurance claims specialist works with vendors to complete the claims process for both customer and insurance companies.

The Insurance Claims Specialist continuously works with insurance companies and individuals on all insurance claims providing follow up. The insurance claims specialist works with vendors to complete the claims process for both customer and insurance companies.
- Communicates with adjusters and customers to gather information all related accidents.
- Processes the claims for insurance companies, body shops and other vendors.
- Contacts insurance companies in reference to all insurance claims.
- Communicates with supervisor on accounts that are closed in a timely manner.
- Contacts and follows up with customer regarding open claims and any outstanding items.
- Performs all other duties assigned.
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 – 4 years of customer service, insurance, or related field.
- Computer literacy to include Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Some college coursework
- 1 – 3 years of Insurance claim adjuster license.
Hourly Rate- starting at $17.00-$18.00.
