The CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy is building an Inbound Pharmacy Service team to support our specialty patients who are in need of life sustaining medications. We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to work onsite in our inbound call center to make the connection and ensure timely delivery to those patients reaching out.

Are we busy – absolutely! Do you get a guarantee of 40 hours per week – absolutely! Through your skills and knowledge, you will be able to help our patients on their path to better health. Typical calls include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage.

M-F 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.16

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• One year experience in a customer service role handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
• Six months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
• Six months Computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude

• Must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer six months experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
• Prefer Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
