Joseph W. McCartin Insurance, Inc. is a full-service insurance agency with a team of 20+ agents. We are seeking a part-time team member to assist in our Life & Health department.
We will provide all necessary training while you will provide the drive to learn and enthusiasm to help people. You must possess the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from all backgrounds.
In-office training to begin. Work from home flexibility after fully trained. Flexible days/hours.
Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Review applications and enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness and forward to carrier with appropriate documentation
- Order requirements such as exams for new insurance applicants
- Gather client information and run quotes
- Assist in coordinating group health insurance renewals
- Assist clients with making coverage changes and completing service requests
- Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions
- Maintain orderly electronic files and information by following agency standards
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
Requirements
- Life & Health insurance license
- 2+ years insurance experience
- Computer and technical proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite and Excel skills preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Good with deadlines
- Must be a team player
