Customer Service Representative (Overnight)
Job description
Samuels and Son Seafood Company, the leading purveyor of fresh and frozen fish is looking to expand our customer service department in our Orlando location. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast paced environment. Competitive pay and a comprehensible benefit package. As a CSR you will be customer facing and process orders.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers (email, phone, in person)
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Data entry and data processing on company systems
- Complete call logs and reports
- Conducts outbound calls for customer orders
- Other job duties as assigned
Required:
- Attention to Detail and dependable
- Must be able to effectively communicate with other departments and vendors.
- Must be able to troubleshoot issues and work independently at times.
- Must process high volume of transactions and carefully manage all paperwork
- Must be able to multitask effectively, being cross trained on a variety of administrative/accounting functions throughout the department.
- High School/GED required.
