Customer Service Representative - Elitch Gardens (PT)
Job Summary:
As the CSR you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers using the parking facility. As a CSR you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude. The CSR reports directly to Parkwell’s Manager and Director of Operations.

Qualifications:
- The hours for this position will vary with Elitch Garden's operating hours.
- The ideal candidate is open to a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
Duties Related to Cashiering:
- Assist customers with payment at kiosks as necessary.
- Greet and assist customers entering the parking facility.
- Assist customers with processing online booked vouchers as necessary.
- Keep the workstation area clean and organized.
- Communicate with management based on needs or issues that may occur.
- Report problems with parking equipment, customer, or facility to the supervisor or manager.
- Responsible for some cleaning duties of the garage or a neighboring garage, as needed.
Duties Related to Customer and Client Service:
- Greet every customer you encounter with a warm and friendly greeting.
- Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer – learn the names and key people at each site (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc).
- Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
Other Duties:
- You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed here and the expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded with how you fill your time as a Customer Service Representative.
