Job Functions

• Oversee move from beginning to end following the identified CS process
• Act as a primary point of contact with the shipper, account and service providers to maximize customer satisfaction
• Identify potential issues and work toward a resolution
• Secure authorizations from the account via a variety of portals or systems
• Update critical move information, including notes in Pegasus and Account’s portal or system
• Provide the shipper with status of the move at designated points
• Pro-actively update the account of any issues
• Complete follow up calls with the shipper after move completion
• Ability to anticipate internal and external customer’ needs

Requirements and Competencies

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with various service providers on shipper’s behalf
• Effective problem solving and organizational skills
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• Relocation industry experience is a plus
• Ability to follow systemic workflow tasks

Our Customer Service team is currently working 100% remote.

Please note we are only open to interviewing out of state candidates if you have Moving Industry or revelent Customer Service experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
