Remote Customer Service Representative

(REMOTE POSITION) MUST RESIDE WITHIN AN HOUR OF TAMPA BAY, FLORIDA or SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS TO APPLY!

Full Time Position / Great schedule: Mon – Friday 11:30am – 8:00pm

Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound customer service calls from potential and current Legal Shield customers. Legal Shield offers their customers the ability to talk to an attorney on any legal matter, at any time, and without worrying about high hourly costs. You will speak directly with potential and current members regarding questions about their billing/payment, services offered and any other issues they may have. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide inbound customer service for a leading healthcare payments company.
• Consistently provide a great customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work from home opportunity
• Minimum 1+ years of customer service/ call center or retail experience required
• Minimum 1-year sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
• Must respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
• Bilingual a plus

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

• A laptop or desktop (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
• Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
• USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
• Webcam (external or embedded)
• Smartphone
