Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Resolution Specialist join our team located in The Woodlands, TX. This position will report to the Customer Solutions Manager and is responsible for overseeing accounts receivable (AR) activities for the Electronic Gases & Specialty Products customers. The key responsibility of this role will be researching complex customer account & billing issues, reconciling, and troubleshooting AR issues, and working closely with the internal accounting team to support data requests.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls from internal and external customers

• Process payments with 100% accuracy
• Accurately process credits / rebills
• Research disputes and customer complaints and be able to make recommendations for resolution
• Communicate professionally by email and phone with internal and external customers
• Escalate any issues, as needed
• Comfortable with speaking with customers on credit related matters

Qualifications - External

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years accounts receivable, finance or accounting.
• Proficiency with JDE, Independent Shipping Software, Microsoft Office Products and Windows required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict.
• Strong reasoning and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
