Job description
We are a dynamic, internet based, graphic design company specializing in a wide range of personalized ceremonial and promotional products and awards for clients ranging from local schools and civic groups to world-renowned sports organizations and international corporations.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding written, verbal and listening skills and exceptional phone and email etiquette to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of professional service and attention possible. This position requires the ability to comfortably function in a fast-paced work environment, manage a high volume of email correspondence and telephone calls, while simultaneously processing customers’ orders accurately and proficiently.
This is a challenging position, requiring a detail-oriented individual who can adapt quickly to changing conditions and who possesses the ability to work calmly under strict deadlines. In addition, a strong work ethic, enthusiasm and willingness to be part of a team that prides itself in customer satisfaction are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Act as the primary liaison for new and returning customers
o Handle inbound and outbound communications via email and telephone
o Process online order requests
o Prepare and submit estimates to customers for approval
o Prepare and submit sales orders for job processing
o Suggest products and services designed to enhance the customer’s experience
Qualifications:
o Previous experience in a customer service or sales position
o Excellent attention to detail, particularly grammar and spelling
o Exceptional phone and email etiquette
o Must be self-disciplined, highly organized and possess acute time management skills
o Must be able to multitask and work under pressure in a time sensitive environment
o PC proficiency required, knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
Mon-Fri – 40 hours a week 8 am-5 pm with rotating coverage until 5:30 pm when needed.
