Job description
Manage and assign all office tasks to ensure productivity of staff during their assigned shift. To ensure that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the department
YOUR ROLE
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute department objectives as defined by CS Department Manager.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, airlines and internal staff and
- Assign and control the timeliness of shipment processing by staff, from pre-planning
closure.
- Ability to process new orders when required.
- Regulate and distribute incoming phone and email communication.
- Review open daily job issues and make necessary corrections required for closure
- Identify, prioritize, escalate any critical shipment and assist in resolving shipment
- Evaluate staff workload and ensure staff accuracy of shipment processing though
application of QuickSTAT operating procedures and processes.
- Evaluate and train probationary employees/ retrain existing employees.
- To participate and train in all areas of the CS and General Operations.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity
