Omni-Serv is seeking TSA Assistants with excellent customer service skills to assist TSA officers in airport screening operations. We are looking for candidates who can maintain a professional demeanor, who are team players, and have a positive “can do” attitude. The Customer Service Assistant will work in accordance with all TSA screening regulations while enforcing Operational Security at the Newark Liberty International Airport. Ideal applicants will need to have a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Agents must have the ability to assist customers with the following:
- Placing carry-on items in trays
- Moving customers through the screening process professionally and quickly
- Assist directing customers to available airport security lanes
- Assist with maintain a steady consistent screening flow
- Must pass a 10 year Homeland Security Background Check
- Must pass a Drug Screening
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Multitasking is a must
Full-Time
Compensation: $18.00/hourly
