Job Title: People Data Analyst
Pay Rate: $32 /Hr
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Iselin , NJ

This position is for the Corporate Technologies division.

Job Description-

• Conducts research and analyses on projects or programs.
• Needs experienced the level of analytical and distinctive conceptual skills to solve issues given, which may differ in size and nature.
• Ability to draw insights from large amounts of data.

Responsibilities would be broad including:

• Building out Sharepoint site, including content development, creating connections to other sources
• Building out Power BI dashboard -- using DAX to create measures, creating visuals to tell a strong story, connecting multiple data sources
• Data clean-up and consistency
• Collaborate with other technical colleagues, e.g., IT resources globally and locally, Shared Services organization (data management, payroll)
• This position is expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions, in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, and thus contribute to team results. Targets are short to medium-term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored.
• Requires 3 - 6 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in the technical aspects of data analytics -- Power BI, Visualization, predictive analytics beneficial
• Requires strong attention to detail
