As a Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the Q Link team, working cross-functionally with teams across the company to service business needs and help shape the strategic direction of the business. Data acts as a guiding light and you’ll be instrumental in helping us see the way forward.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of data; prepare reports, charts and tables of data for marketing team
- Diving deep into Q Link’s data as well as publicly accessible data to identify key trends and patterns, analyze these findings, and generate actionable insights
- Designing, measuring, and interpreting experiments across operations, marketing, UI/UX, and sales
- Working directly with the marketing team to improve conversion rates and improve targeting of advertising campaigns
- Monitoring email and SMS campaigns to find ways to improve conversions
Requirements
- Experience with Power BI and DAX
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dynamic multi-tasker who can manage day-to-day baseline marketing insights and analytics
