Job description
This position is for an Administrative Assistant with strong Data-Entry skills to join a busy data team in Pinellas County. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:45am to 6:15pm. Occasional earlier, later or weekend work will be required but notified in advance. Health insurance, paid vacation and 401k offerings for all employees.
ADMINSTRATIVE BUSINESS SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Entering data into CMS systems
- Organizing files
- Answering phones
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with Marketing Department Outreach
- Assist with product management and inventory control
- Maintain Daily Workflow Calendar
TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience with Word, Quickbooks, Dropbox, Excel, Google Docs
YOU MUST BE:
- Highly flexible
- Honest
- Punctual
- A multi-tasker
- Detail oriented
- Able to work and complete tasks unsupervised
- Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
- Be great at verbal and written communication
