Job description

This position is for an Administrative Assistant with strong Data-Entry skills to join a busy data team in Pinellas County. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:45am to 6:15pm. Occasional earlier, later or weekend work will be required but notified in advance. Health insurance, paid vacation and 401k offerings for all employees.

ADMINSTRATIVE BUSINESS SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Entering data into CMS systems
  • Organizing files
  • Answering phones
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist with Marketing Department Outreach
  • Assist with product management and inventory control
  • Maintain Daily Workflow Calendar

TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience with Word, Quickbooks, Dropbox, Excel, Google Docs

YOU MUST BE:

  • Highly flexible
  • Honest
  • Punctual
  • A multi-tasker
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work and complete tasks unsupervised
  • Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
  • Be great at verbal and written communication
