Immediate need for an Accounting/ Data Entry Clerk + $500 Signing Bonus!

Hourly Range: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Callpass is changing the way companies utilize GPS and Telematic solutions for BHPH, vehicle finance, lot management, and rental car management. We are looking for a highly detail oriented individual to join our accounting team and play a key role in our continued growth.

Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for heavy data entry (transfer information from hard copy documents into a computer) and provides customer service by phone and correspondence. Must be proficient in key boarding, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to prepare alphabetical orders and collate.

Requirements:

• Must be detail oriented
• Must have a degree or working towards an accounting degree from an accredited educational institution
• This is an internship position with a possibility to convert to part time or full time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify information; enter data entry into in-house system.
• Process account information, customer information, and a variety of other forms of documents by resolving inconsistencies and reviewing data for errors using standard data entry procedures.
• Ensuring orders have been paid and confirming orders
• Processes customer account information accurately.
• Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed
