The Data Operations Analyst will be assigned ownership of a specific piece of a project and will need to prepare, process and perform quality control on electronic data to provide quality results to our clients while meeting time sensitive deadlines. Principal Job Responsibilities

• Learn our proprietary software (NUIX, Relativity) and become knowledgeable with established processes and workflows

• Communicate project status and updates effectively with all levels of the company

• Resolve or elevate issues that arise during data processing

• Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with MS Office, basic image and text files

• Superior organizational and communication skills

• A keen level of attention to detail

• Ability to effectively multi-task and maintain composure under pressure

• Must be able to work in ever evolving, deadline driven and fast paced work environment

• Engaged and enthusiastic about work and learning

• Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including evening and weekends

• Must be self- motivated, yet willing to work in a team

Education & Certifications

• Knowledge of basic programming; SQL, LAW Pre-Discovery or IPRO is a strong plus #LI-KW1

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour
