Data Entry/Shipping Clerk - Stafford
Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $17.00
First Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Must have International & Domestic Shipping Experience
Duties
- Prepare and process domestic and international shipments accurately in a timely manner.
- Answers questions regarding shipment status from internal and external customers as needed
- Monitor shipment status and effectively communicate with all parties involved to ensure smooth on time pick up & deliveries
- Experience with generating commercial invoice and filing AES for trade compliance.
- Must be highly organized with the ability to focus, multi-task and prioritize projects and handle pressure of deadline goals
- Ensure past dues orders are shipped immediately upon receipt.
- Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and other forms as required by our customers and export partners.
- Contact carriers and schedule shipments both domestically and international.
- Assist as needed in preparing BOL’s and other related documents
Requirements
- Must have International and Domestic Shipping Experience
- Experience with BOL’s.
- Shipping and trade compliance software
- Good working knowledge of logistics procedures, experience in using and preparing shipping documents.
- Computer savvy with SAP and Excel.
