Convergence Research is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to review criminal records and make sure they are up to business standards before going back to clients. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and detail oriented, along with having the ability to multitask efficiently. Convergence Research strives to produce quality reports in a timely manner, and the ideal candidate will be held to those standards. An understanding of data confidentiality principles is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

· Review information returned for any errors and contact researchers for any found discrepancies

· Work independently to achieve daily goals and maintain error-free reports

· Bring any continuing errors to management’s attention

· Verify information by comparing it to past reports and ensuring that reported data is accurate

Requirements

· Typing skills and familiarity with Outlook

· Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware

· Good command of English both oral and written

· Great attention to detail

· High school degree or equivalent
