We are looking for a Full time Data Integrity Analyst to work in our Minneapolis, MN location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supplier Pricing / Price Increases Maintenance
• Request and follow up with supplier reps to get updated price files
• Review and revise price files accordingly to “prep” for import into our ERP system.
• Pull reports of current supplier costs in our system to review/compare with the updated price file before import
• Prepare import layouts in our system to import updated price file costs into our system
• Review “Post” reports after import to confirm our expected results, as well as identify cost issues that can be improved or cleaned up
• Rebate Price Maintenance (i.e. update and review supplier rebates for customers)
• Work with sales team and supplier reps to get proper rebate quote info
• Prepare rebates in the proper format to load into our system
• If an existing rebate is updated, review against new/revised quote to see what has changed and match our system accordingly
• For some suppliers, review all rebates at price increase time for updated rebate multipliers and nets
• Customer Sell Pricing Maintenance
• Load salesperson-provided margins for items/suppliers/etc. for customers
• Work with sales team to clarify what needs to be set up (if necessary)
• Item Maintenance/Creation

REQUIREMENTS

• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Excellent communication skills (email, verbal, over-the-phone, etc.)
• Intermediate to advanced ability to use Excel
• Able to understand pricing matrices
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work on several projects at the same time
• Well organized
• Able to work independently and manage own workload
• Focus on process improvement, improve and build upon documentation for future projects
• Ability to think forward and see how small changes today can affect the future positively or negatively
• Ability to focus and “plug and chug” through repetitive and detailed tasks

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
