Odyssey Early Schools, is seeking applications from happy, professional, dependable and hard-working preschool / daycare teachers for immediate full-time positions at our two schools in Inverness (off of Highway 280) and Trace Crossings (off of Highway 150 behind Hunter Street Baptist Church in Hoover).

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): promoting a safe and healthy learning environment; implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum activities; engaging with children in a positive manner that meets their physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs; and, interacting with Odyssey’s team and customers in a professional manner.

A four-year college degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA certificate is strongly preferred, but not required. Demonstrated long-running employment with other high-quality childcare providers also is a major plus, but not required.

Offered positions will receive a fixed 8-hour daily schedule. Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, holiday pay and PTO. As a DHR-licensed facility, Odyssey staff also are eligible for a $1,500 quarterly bonus ($6,000 per year!) above and beyond our great pay and benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
