Job Description

We are seeking delivery drivers for our home delivery program. We sell a weekly subscription box of fresh produce from our farm. The delivery driver is responsible for packing the van each day and dropping those boxes at our customer's doors throughout north and central NJ. The position ends the second week of December but returning drivers are entitled to draw on our unemployment insurance during the off-season or work on the farm through the winter. All employees are entitled to free produce, bread, eggs, and a discount on all other grocery items.

Delivery work week is Tuesday-Friday, with the option for farm work Monday, with the crew. Delivery routes are 7.5-8.5 hours of drive time with approximately 30 minutes loading the van in the morning.

Qualifications

Clean driving record required. Background check required. No CDL required. Our delivery vehicles are Ram Promaster vans so some experience driving larger vans and vehicles is preferred. Non smoking applicants only. Our delivery driver represents our business and must be clean, presentable, and friendly.

$15-$20/hr DOE. Work week is Tuesday-Friday, approximately 34 hours per week. Approximately 42 hours total with optional Monday farm work. End of year bonus of $500-$600 depending on attendance.
