Job Title: Delivery Driver

Pay Range: Up to $50,000/year, DOE

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm/as needed

Start Date: ASAP

The Delivery Driver position in Somersworth, New Hampshire is responsible for delivery and pickup of products by commercial vehicle under minimal supervision. You will have a solid understanding of product verification against invoices and pickup orders or transfer slips and the ability to insure proper counts, proper product and obtaining or giving proper signature. You will also be responsible for proper handling and temperature of product from time of departure until it is delivered or check in is completed.

Successful candidates will be able to accommodate changing shift starting and ending time due to work load.

Qualifications:

• A valid Class B Driver’s License and a valid Medical Certificate is required.
• Basic mathematical and computation skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to drive
• Must be able to lift, bend, carry and climb in and out of the vehicle 80% of the time.
• Must be comfortable being exposed to elements such as extreme temperatures; all varieties of inclement weather, noise and fumes from vehicles.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs. Push/pull 200lbs frequently (two wheel dolly).
• Must be able to expect to deliver up to 20,000 lbs of product per day in the busy season for 5 days per week.
