We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual to join our Becden lab in Sandy, Utah.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and assist customers with any questions or concerns
• Become proficient in scheduling and billing of dental lab cases using the operating software Magic Touch
• Assist the shipping team as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments; Track packages to ensure on-time delivery
• Filing documentation
• Additional duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred
• Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
• High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to quickly learn procedures and products
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Maintain clean equipment and work area
• Team player is a must
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
