Dental Hygienist (Full-time, Part-time or LTE)

** Up to $5,000 Signing Bonus!**

Madison Family Dental Associates is looking to add a Dental Hygienist to our locally owned practice at our Odana Road or DeForest location. The ideal candidate will understand and embrace their role and responsibility as a healthcare provider, educating patients and teaching best practice. In addition, they will truly care about their patients, building trust and demonstrating a culture of positivity, excellence and teamwork.

The practice is open to a part-time or full-time role (full-time is 4 days per week). We are also always looking for candidates interested in limited term employment (to cover leaves of absence or fill in as needed).

Our dental hygienists work with one-hour prophy appointments to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care, are provided a flexible hygiene schedule with a one-hour lunch break and receive generous additional compensation for periodontal maintenance and SRP patients.

Our office offers a comprehensive and generous benefit package which includes 401k/profit sharing, dental, disability, life insurance, flexible spending, paid vacation, and paid holidays. Health insurance and a health reimbursement account (HRA) are available specifically to full0time team members who work 30 hours or more per week. Competitive hourly compensation provided based on experience.
