Our clinic is seeking a Dental Receptionist to help support our team. This is a great opportunity for a professional who has an upbeat and outgoing personality and an interest in the medical field. The right candidate will have an eye for detail, experience with scheduling and interacting with patients politely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative duties for the dental office.
- Answer multiple telephone lines, connecting callers to appropriate personnel when possible and taking messages when necessary.
- Open and sort mail.
- Schedule patients for appointments.
- File medical records and paperwork.
- Schedule laboratory tests, X-rays, and other procedures.
- Track insurance benefits and make sure that all forms are filled out completely.
- Maintain patient records; prepare reports of treatments rendered; collect co-payments due by patients.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
