This position assists in the operational support and coordination of the assigned area(s).
Qualifications:
  • Post high school education or vocational training in healthcare preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences required.
  • Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
Job Specific Duties:
  • Provides administrative and technical support for assigned area(s) in an organized and accurate manner according to policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates and communicates the flow of activity, information, and daily operations for the assigned area(s).
  • Exhibits knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures as they relate to the assigned area(s) and Logan Health.
  • Develops and maintains a centralized record-keeping system of initiatives and accomplishments of assigned area(s).
  • Assists in documenting and documentation collection of program accreditation materials.
  • Proactively anticipates and prepares multi-faceted priorities, agendas and project / program schedules.
  • Develops and maintains department and program marketing and communication materials including, but not limited to; course catalogs, Education Registry, The WIRE, event calendars, class signage, e-mails / letters to students and instructors, etc.
  • The above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification. Specific duties and responsibilities may vary based upon departmental needs. Other duties may be assigned similar to the above consistent with knowledge, skills and abilities required for the job. Not all of the duties may be assigned to a position.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance as scheduled by department leadership.

Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
