Integrated Facility Services is a leading Mechanical Contractor in Missouri, servicing the St. Louis metropolitan area for over 55 years. IFS provides HVAC, building automation, plumbing, fire protection, and system design and installation. The Department Coordinator is a customer service and billing specialist position is responsible for processing orders for service in the Building Automation Department. Essential Functions

• 
  Set up service calls and enter service requests into system
• Dispatch technicians to service calls
• Order Automation parts and maintain inventory
• Create and type Automation contract proposals

• Enter new Automation service contracts in computer system
• Billing and/or renewing Automation contracts
• Maintain service contract spreadsheet

• Perform preliminary billing steps through the service dispatch board such as approving assets, adding standard charges, approving visits, etc.
• Bill designated accounts for Automation service

• Miscellaneous administrative work as needed such as typing, copying, filing, etc.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED diploma, or one to three years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience learning a company specific software package
• Experience working in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience in the construction industry, especially in a service department, is preferred.

Work Hours

Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
